Processing Personal Data

Pursuant to this law, the Seller informs you that you have the right to access and correct your personal data at any time by sending a written request to the Seller by email. Personal data provided to the Seller and/or its partners is kept confidential. Such data may only be sent to third parties with your express consent or when disclosure is necessary for identifying, locating, or prosecuting anyone infringing Seller’s or others’ rights. You retain ownership of your personal information and may remove it from your profile at any time via your customer account. A profile cannot be deleted entirely, but only emptied of its contents.

The information required is exclusively intended for use by the Seller and/or its commercial partners and will be used to activate your account and for statistical purposes. With your consent, these details may be used for sending the Site’s newsletter or broader commercial prospecting by the Seller and/or its commercial partners. For commercial partners located in countries lacking adequate protection of personal data, these partners contractually agree to respect European principles governing personal data protection. Your registration on our site constitutes consent for receiving newsletters.

Cookies

The Seller may use cookies (meaning a code stored, often temporarily, on your hard drive by an HTTP or HTTPS server to identify you) to recognize you quickly on the Site and to display your preferences. You may refuse this type of exchange by modifying your browser settings. The Help section of most browsers explains how to deny cookies, receive notifications about them, or deactivate all cookies. You can also disable or delete similar data used by browser accessories such as Flash cookies by adjusting those software settings.

Note that cookies allow you to benefit from essential Site features; disabling them may result in navigation problems.

Cookies are small files stored on the Buyer’s hard drive when visiting a website. They record specific settings and data exchanges with the Seller’s system via the Buyer’s browser. This storage makes the Seller’s site conform to the Buyer’s needs and easier to use (e.g., saving login details). Session cookies are deleted when the Buyer closes the browser; persistent cookies may remain for months or years and be reactivated with each visit. Buyers can manually delete cookies at any time. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but settings can be changed to manage cookie permissions. Acceptance of cookies is not required for visiting the Seller’s online store, though disabling them may limit access to certain pages.
