Our first steps began in 1986 with the European Space Shuttle program. Our team of engineers was trying to solve complex problems, and we were coming up against management difficulties.
The need to improve collective thinking emerged, and RGA Systemes innovated with new methods and environments for group work.
Our business is asserting itself: collective intelligence.
The principles we put forward: neutrality, security and a positive atmosphere with a view to building together.
Our approach is based on creativity, experience-sharing and capitalizing on insights through facilitation methods, creativity tools and contextualization.
We develop most of these tools ourselves, in line with the specific needs of our customers.
Our topics range from the space shuttle, artificial intelligence and the design of future combat systems to the psychological dimension.
We run groups of 8 to 30 experts over 1 to 5 consecutive days.
Working methods to encourage debate
RGA Systemes uses specific working methods to lead these collective intelligence forums, with the aim of creating emulation and debate between the various experts, so that fully relevant recommendations emerge.
During these brainstorming sessions, the company also relies on a maieutic professional, capable of creating an optimal working environment. The aim is to work quickly, but discreetly, when dealing with high-stakes decisions.
“In the past, we helped an airline that, like its competitors, had to implement a new technology within its fleet. The objective was to bring together all the experts and all the driving forces, in order to study and make secure decisions together, enabling this customer to take a step ahead of its competitors”, explains Gilles Bujon, Director of the society.
Today, RGA Systemes wishes to continue its work, by sharing the power and relevance of its strategic decision-making method with a maximum number of players from all sectors of activity.
